Company profile

Founded in 1984, our company is located in Dong'ou Industrial Park, Oubei Town, Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province. Former name of the company was Zhejiang Luofu Boiler Accessories Factory. Under the approval of China's State Administration for Industry and Commerce in June 2005, we changed the company name to Luofu Valve Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 66 million Yuan. Currently, the plant for manufacturing safety valve products covers an area of 13,000 square meters, with a construction area of 14,700 square meters. There are 111 sets of machining equipment (including a CNC machine), and 25 sets of testing equipment (including the factory inspection test benches for safety valves) in the plant. The company has one all-function test device, whose maximum caliber can reach DN200 / 8 ", and maximum pressure is 10MPa/600Lb. We also have testing equipment for the incoming inspection of raw materials such as the magnetic particle testing, the optical spectrum analyzer, the X-ray testing, the physical and chemical analyzer, the mechanical drawing tester and the spring tension tester. We currently employ 205 employees for safety valve production, which include 23 technical staff (senior engineers and engineers included).

Main products

Our leading products are safety valves which can be divided into American Standard Series and GB Series.
American Standard Series safety valves are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with API520, ASME I, ASME VIII, API 526 and API527.
GB Series safety valves are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with GB/T12241, GB/T12242 and GB/T12243-2005.
Our main product types are: spring-loaded type, pilot operated type, bellows counter pressure balanced type, valves used in heat insulation jacket in urea devices and safety valves used in high-performance steam devices. Materials mainly used are: WCB, LCB, CF8 (304), CF8M (316), CF3M (316L), 316L.mod, 304L, 304H, 310S, 321, C12A, 17-4PH, and special materials like: HC, HB, Monel , Ti, Ni, and so on. Bellows are made of materials such as: 316L, HC, Inconel 718 etc. Materials for spring are: 50CrVA, 30W4Cr2VA, 17-7PH, 316, Inconel 750 and so on. American Standard Series safety valves: pressure ranges from 150LB to 2500Lb, and the size from 1/2 "to 20"; GB series: nominal pressure ranges from1.6MPa to 42MPa, and the specification from DN15 to DN600.
